Our Premium Pyrenees meadow hay with marigold flower. The same Premium base as always —mown at 1,470 meters, cut in June, sun-dried— with whole dried marigold flowers, nothing else, in a ratio of 20 g of flower per 500 g of hay.
Marigold is a mild, very palatable flower: its color and aroma encourage eating and add variety to a diet that otherwise revolves around hay. A handful of petals among the blades turns the ration into something the animal looks forward to.
Formats
Available from 1.5 kg to 10 kg. We also make it with nettle or with chamomile; ask us if you'd prefer another.
How to feed it
The flower is an extra, not the forage: hay remains the base. Store it in a dry, ventilated place so it keeps its color and aroma.

Storage
A dry, ventilated place, raised off the ground and sheltered from rain. Never in a closed plastic bag: hay needs to breathe. Well stored, it keeps its nutritional value all season.

Rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and small rodents, for whom our Premium hay is the base of the diet, not a supplement.
