Premium Pyrenees meadow hay with nettle
Our Premium Pyrenees meadow hay with dried nettle. The same Premium base as always —mown at 1,470 meters, cut in June, sun-dried— with nettle picked and dried, which loses its sting along with the water, in a ratio of 20 g of nettle per 500 g of hay.
Nettle is a rich plant that, once dried, rabbits and rodents eat without any trouble. It adds variety and a different note of flavor to the hay, and tends to be a big hit with animals used to eating everything.
Formats
Available from 1.5 kg to 10 kg. We also make it with marigold or with chamomile.
How to feed it
Hay remains the base of the diet; nettle is the extra. Store it in a dry, ventilated place, without closing the bag all the way.

Storage
A dry, ventilated place, raised off the ground and sheltered from rain. Never in a closed plastic bag: hay needs to breathe. Well stored, it keeps its nutritional value all season.

Rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and small rodents, for whom our Premium hay is the base of the diet, not a supplement.
